At CLAE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the footwear in its original shoe box and original shipping carton, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
